We routinely test for glaucoma, macular degeneration, cataract, diabetic retinopathy, and corneal disease using modern equipment.

We carry a very large selection of eyewear with over 1200 frames on display, including Armani, Silhouette, Juicy Couture, Fendi, Marchon,  Michael Kors, Sean John, Karl Lagerfield,  Nike, Adidas, and the entire Altair line. We have many frames within the VSP allowances, and many high-end frames which can be obtained with reasonable co-payment.

We also offer prescription sunglasses, computer vision glasses, industrial safety eyewear, sports glasses, swim goggles, and low vision aids. Many insurance plans cover these special glasses as well as contact lenses.

Also, we fit all kinds of contact lenses including soft lenses, RGP (rigid gas permeable), torics (for astigmatism) and multifocals.  Our pricing structure is very competitive and we offer low cost alternatives for both glasses and contact lenses.

Facilities and Equipment

We routinely take baseline digital retinal photographs for outstanding early detection of disease of the inside of the eyes. 

We also do pachymetry (corneal thickness measurement by ultrasound), automated perimetry (peripheral vision), Goldmann tonometry (eye pressure) and binocular indirect ophthalmoscopy.

Our newest equipment acquisition is a finishing optical laboratory. Our system allows us to produce high quality eyeglasses at a reasonable cost with a short turn-around time.  The robotic machinery even allows us one day service for many eyeglasses, and "while you wait" lenses can be arranged.

Insurance Plans

We participate with VSP, Medicare, and

Healthnet Vision, Superior Vision, Eyemed, Medical Eye Services (M.E.S.) and most health care plans except HMOs, unless your PCP formally refers you to us.
