William E. Stacy, O.D. (California license # 5233 T) is a graduate of the University of California, Berkeley. He is a Diplomate of the National Board of Examiners in Optometry www.optometry.org and was elected a Fellow of the American Academy of Optometry www.aaopt.org. He is also an active member of the AOA, COA, and SVOS, the national, state and local optometric associations.

Dr. Stacy was appointed to the California State Board of Optometry by Governor Edmund G. Brown, served as Chairman of the Examination for Licensure Committee, and was retained by the board as a consultant for disciplinary matters.

The doctor is also a current panel member of the Vision Service Plan vsp.com, as well as EyeMed, Medical Eye Services and Superior Vision Services. We are usually able to accept other plans, even HMOs.

Dr. Sally Livingstone

Dr. Livingstone is a graduate of the Nova Southeastern University with the O.D. degree (Doctor of Optometry) granted in May, 2011.  She has two Bachelor of Science degrees, one from George Mason University (major, Biology, minor, Psychology) in 2006, Magna Cum Laude, and the other from Nova Southeastern University (major Vision Science) in 2009. She also has a special interest in nutrition as it relates to macular degeneration and general health.

Richard Stacy

Richard is Dr. Stacy's son who joined the practice in 2010.  His background is in the dental field, where he manages dental practices.   But since coming into our practice, he has become an expert in optical lens finishing.   He enjoys turning out high quality lenses in an efficient manner so that patients don't have to wait so long for their glasses.  He also has helped us get better organized so that we can handle the increased number of patients.  He has also provided Dr. and Mrs. Stacy with 4 of their 6 wonderful grandkids.

Sharon Stacy

Sharon is our business manager and frame buyer.  She has been Dr. Stacy's wife and partner for many years and enjoys helping people find the best frames for their visual needs as well as their facial characteristics.  Dr. and Mrs. Stacy recently attended Vision Expo in Las Vegas and have ordered some of the latest styles that were on display during that 3 day international convention. 

Tanya and Rosie

Tanya (left) has recently joined our office and is in training for the position optometric assistant.

Rosie (right) has been with us for 7 years as the main front office person and insurance claims expert. 

Both of these very pleasant and personable ladies strive to be helpful and make the practice of optometry run as smoothly as possible.  We could not operate without them.
