William E. Stacy, O.D. (California license # 5233) is a graduate of the University of California, Berkeley. He is a Diplomate of the National Board of Examiners in Optometry www.optometry.org and was elected a Fellow of the American Academy of Optometry www.aaopt.org. He is also an active member of the AOA, COA, and SVOS, the national, state and local optometric associations.

Dr. Stacy was appointed to the California State Board of Optometry by Governor Edmund G. Brown, served as Chairman of the Examination for Licensure Committee, and was retained by the board as a consultant for disciplinary matters.

The doctor is also a current panel member of the Vision Service Plan vsp.com, as well as EyeMed, Medical Eye Services and Superior Vision Services.
